Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item delivered is different from the product that was ordered.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 12 hours time and include photos of the damage so that we can work with the shipping company. We will gladly work with you to replace any damaged items.

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 48 hours, 50% of the item cost will be retained by Mountain Maple Woodworks if the order is canceled.

Once you are notified that production has begun, the full cost of the item will be retained, as materials and labor will have already been committed to your order.

 

Warranty

Lifetime warranty on furniture for the original owner. This is only for structural or workmanship issues. It does NOT cover wear and tear, abuse, misuse or accidental damage.

Wood moves, If you live in a humid climate and do not have a climate controlled space there is a possibility that some damage or changes can occur - This is not covered by your warranty. This is not meant for outdoor use unless otherwise specified.

 

Fabric Cleaning Information

Recommended cleaning: If you are washing and cleaning this yourself use cold water and tumble dry or hang. Specific fabrics will come with cleaning instructions.

If you are having them dry cleaning then make sure they wet clean with non-toxic soaps or use carbon dioxide based cleaners not percholoethylene.
