Shipping policy

Everything is made-to-order therefore each piece has its own fulfillment time. You item will be shipped out as soon as possible with insurance. If you are purchasing more than one item and would like a custom shipping quote please contact us to place an order: travis@mountainmaplewoodworks.com.

It is your job to inspect the package and report any damages to the freight company and us-so that we can assist.

This must be done within 24 hours of receiving. This must include opening of the crate to inspect for any concealed damage.
